Mark has bought 230 properties [& counting] for himself, Rob, his family & his investors. He has commented in many major publications including BBC Radio, The Independent & The Wall Street journal, as well as co-authoring 2 Best Selling Property Books

Mark has had an Investor/Entrepreneur streak in him from an early age. He has had several successful small businesses & has had many investments in the stock market. He was obsessed with finding the very best investment vehicle & was in a position where he could measure the results of his existing portfolio with the newer developments he was also involved in

Mark has, in his opinion, found the very best investment model and the result was the conception of Progressive Property Ltd. Mark is Progressive’s dealmaker. He has a sixth sense about property and is Co-Author of “The 44 Most Closely Guarded Property Secrets”

His strengths include property sourcing, dealmaking, finance, management and maintenance. His extensive knowledge of the property market and how to leverage enables him to find you the best possible properties and make them work for You.

I have been investing in property for four years, having invested generally since the age of 17. Investment, compounding growth and finding property deals are the things I enjoy most and I feel very fortunate to be able to take what I love doing and help people achieve similar levels of success. Our portfolio currently stands at over £3 million. I specialise in sourcing seriously discounted deals, finance and building a network of serious investors. I enjoy travelling and all areas of finance.

I can be found either running or at the gym most mornings which gives me great energy for the day. Health and well-being are important to me, as is travel, all aspects of business and investment, reading, personal growth, networking and socialising. Rob makes me wear these bright shirts!
